Customer Support Representative - phone and chat support (Austin, TX)

Westbrook Fox Auto Group is looking for a Customer Support Representative. The job centres on phone and chat support for parts orders, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 664 people based in Austin. What you will do • Resolve billing and account issues, including parts orders, on the first contact when possible. • Answer questions by phone, email and chat in a friendly and clear way. • Escalate complex cases with all details attached. • Share recurring problems with the team so they can be fixed. • Document every interaction and follow up when you promise to. What we are looking for • One or more years in customer service. • Patience with people who are stressed or upset. • Clear spoken and written communication. Nice to have • Experience with parts orders. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Austin. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
