Customer Support Representative - phone and chat support (Atlanta, GA)

Nova Pine Press Group produces print and digital publications in Atlanta. We are hiring a Customer Support Representative to take on phone and chat support. Many of us have been here for ten years or more. What you will do • Document every interaction and follow up when you promise to. • Share recurring problems with the team so they can be fixed. • Answer questions by phone, email and chat in a friendly and clear way. • Resolve billing and account issues, including print quotes, on the first contact when possible. • Escalate complex cases with all details attached. What we are looking for • Clear spoken and written communication. • Patience with people who are stressed or upset. • One or more years in customer service. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with print quotes. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Atlanta. • We reply to every applicant.
