Customer Support Representative - phone and chat support (Anchorage, AK)

Bluepeak Hollow Arts Center Group is an arts centre in Anchorage with a full calendar of events, and we need a Customer Support Representative to lead our phone and chat support. Everyone pitches in on show days. What you will do • Resolve billing and account issues, including volunteer programmes, on the first contact when possible. • Share recurring problems with the team so they can be fixed. • Escalate complex cases with all details attached. • Answer questions by phone, email and chat in a friendly and clear way. • Document every interaction and follow up when you promise to. What we are looking for • Patience with people who are stressed or upset. • One or more years in customer service. • Clear spoken and written communication. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with volunteer programmes. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Anchorage. • We reply to every applicant.
