Customer Support Representative - phone and chat support (Albuquerque, NM)

Westbrook Timber Property Management is a Albuquerque property manager with leasing, maintenance and resident services, and we need a Customer Support Representative to lead our phone and chat support. You would join a small organisation of about 25 people based in Albuquerque. What you will do • Escalate complex cases with all details attached. • Share recurring problems with the team so they can be fixed. • Resolve billing and account issues, including rent collection, on the first contact when possible. • Answer questions by phone, email and chat in a friendly and clear way. • Document every interaction and follow up when you promise to. What we are looking for • Patience with people who are stressed or upset. • One or more years in customer service. • Clear spoken and written communication. Nice to have • Experience with rent collection. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Albuquerque. • We reply to every applicant.
