Customer Support Representative - phone and chat support (Albuquerque, NM)

Lumen Junction Insurance is an insurance company in Albuquerque with claims and service teams. We are hiring a Customer Support Representative to take on phone and chat support. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Answer questions by phone, email and chat in a friendly and clear way. • Resolve billing and account issues, including catastrophe response, on the first contact when possible. • Document every interaction and follow up when you promise to. • Escalate complex cases with all details attached. • Share recurring problems with the team so they can be fixed. What we are looking for • One or more years in customer service. • Clear spoken and written communication. • Patience with people who are stressed or upset. Nice to have • Experience with catastrophe response. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Albuquerque, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
