Customer Support Representative - phone and chat support (Albuquerque, NM)

Bright Granite Water Authority is a public water utility serving the Albuquerque area. We are hiring a Customer Support Representative to take on phone and chat support. You would join a small organisation of about 43 people based in Albuquerque. What you will do • Answer questions by phone, email and chat in a friendly and clear way. • Share recurring problems with the team so they can be fixed. • Resolve billing and account issues, including treatment plant data, on the first contact when possible. • Escalate complex cases with all details attached. • Document every interaction and follow up when you promise to. What we are looking for • Clear spoken and written communication. • One or more years in customer service. • Patience with people who are stressed or upset. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with treatment plant data. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Albuquerque, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
