Customer Support Representative - new-customer onboarding (Virginia Beach, VA)

Highbridge West Environmental Services serves homes and businesses with collection and disposal in Virginia Beach, and we need a Customer Support Representative to lead our new-customer onboarding. Safety briefings happen every morning. What you will do • Resolve billing and account issues, including fleet maintenance, on the first contact when possible. • Document every interaction and follow up when you promise to. • Answer questions by phone, email and chat in a friendly and clear way. • Escalate complex cases with all details attached. • Share recurring problems with the team so they can be fixed. What we are looking for • One or more years in customer service. • Patience with people who are stressed or upset. • Clear spoken and written communication. Nice to have • Experience with fleet maintenance. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Virginia Beach. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
