Customer Support Representative - new-customer onboarding (Virginia Beach, VA)

Stonegate River Financial Partners serves customers across Virginia Beach with accounts, loans and payments. We are hiring a Customer Support Representative to take on new-customer onboarding. Trust is the product, so accuracy and clarity matter. What you will do • Document every interaction and follow up when you promise to. • Answer questions by phone, email and chat in a friendly and clear way. • Resolve billing and account issues, including loan applications, on the first contact when possible. • Escalate complex cases with all details attached. • Share recurring problems with the team so they can be fixed. What we are looking for • Clear spoken and written communication. • Patience with people who are stressed or upset. • One or more years in customer service. Nice to have • Experience with loan applications. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Virginia Beach. • We reply to every applicant.
