Customer Support Representative - new-customer onboarding (Tulsa, OK)

Greenridge Junction Medical is looking for a Customer Support Representative. The job centres on new-customer onboarding for production lots, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Engineers and clinicians sit at the same table. What you will do • Escalate complex cases with all details attached. • Resolve billing and account issues, including production lots, on the first contact when possible. • Answer questions by phone, email and chat in a friendly and clear way. • Document every interaction and follow up when you promise to. • Share recurring problems with the team so they can be fixed. What we are looking for • Patience with people who are stressed or upset. • One or more years in customer service. • Clear spoken and written communication. Nice to have • Experience with production lots. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Tulsa, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
