Customer Support Representative - new-customer onboarding (Tucson, AZ)

Harborlight Property Management looks after rental homes across the Tucson area, and we need a Customer Support Representative to lead our new-customer onboarding. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Tucson. What you will do • Resolve billing and account issues, including resident events, on the first contact when possible. • Answer questions by phone, email and chat in a friendly and clear way. • Share recurring problems with the team so they can be fixed. • Document every interaction and follow up when you promise to. • Escalate complex cases with all details attached. What we are looking for • One or more years in customer service. • Clear spoken and written communication. • Patience with people who are stressed or upset. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with resident events. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Tucson. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
