Customer Support Representative - new-customer onboarding (Tucson, AZ)

Rivermark Union Inspection Services is looking for a Customer Support Representative. The job centres on new-customer onboarding for client sites, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 117 people based in Tucson. What you will do • Answer questions by phone, email and chat in a friendly and clear way. • Escalate complex cases with all details attached. • Document every interaction and follow up when you promise to. • Share recurring problems with the team so they can be fixed. • Resolve billing and account issues, including client sites, on the first contact when possible. What we are looking for • Patience with people who are stressed or upset. • One or more years in customer service. • Clear spoken and written communication. Nice to have • Experience with client sites. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Tucson. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
