Customer Support Representative - new-customer onboarding (Toledo, OH)

Westbrook Summit Auto Group is looking for a Customer Support Representative. The job centres on new-customer onboarding for supplier deliveries, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Technicians are respected and trained. What you will do • Escalate complex cases with all details attached. • Answer questions by phone, email and chat in a friendly and clear way. • Share recurring problems with the team so they can be fixed. • Resolve billing and account issues, including supplier deliveries, on the first contact when possible. • Document every interaction and follow up when you promise to. What we are looking for • One or more years in customer service. • Patience with people who are stressed or upset. • Clear spoken and written communication. Nice to have • Experience with supplier deliveries. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Toledo, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
