Customer Support Representative - new-customer onboarding (St. Louis, MO)

Fernwood West Freight Group coordinates shipments and warehousing around St. Louis, and we need a Customer Support Representative to lead our new-customer onboarding. You would join a large organisation of about 407 people based in St. Louis. What you will do • Share recurring problems with the team so they can be fixed. • Escalate complex cases with all details attached. • Answer questions by phone, email and chat in a friendly and clear way. • Resolve billing and account issues, including customer tracking, on the first contact when possible. • Document every interaction and follow up when you promise to. What we are looking for • Clear spoken and written communication. • Patience with people who are stressed or upset. • One or more years in customer service. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with customer tracking. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in St. Louis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
