Customer Support Representative - new-customer onboarding (St. Louis, MO)

Ironwood Maple Housing provides affordable homes and support services around St. Louis. We are hiring a Customer Support Representative to take on new-customer onboarding. You would join a large organisation of about 338 people based in St. Louis. What you will do • Escalate complex cases with all details attached. • Document every interaction and follow up when you promise to. • Answer questions by phone, email and chat in a friendly and clear way. • Share recurring problems with the team so they can be fixed. • Resolve billing and account issues, including waiting lists, on the first contact when possible. What we are looking for • Patience with people who are stressed or upset. • Clear spoken and written communication. • One or more years in customer service. Nice to have • Experience with waiting lists. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in St. Louis, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
