Customer Support Representative - new-customer onboarding (Savannah, GA)

Ironwood Bridge Arts Center Group is a cultural organisation in Savannah presenting exhibitions and performances. We are hiring a Customer Support Representative to take on new-customer onboarding. Evenings and weekends are part of the job. What you will do • Resolve billing and account issues, including school partnerships, on the first contact when possible. • Share recurring problems with the team so they can be fixed. • Document every interaction and follow up when you promise to. • Answer questions by phone, email and chat in a friendly and clear way. • Escalate complex cases with all details attached. What we are looking for • Clear spoken and written communication. • Patience with people who are stressed or upset. • One or more years in customer service. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with school partnerships. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Savannah. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
