Customer Support Representative - new-customer onboarding (San Diego, CA)

We are growing our team at Bright Ivory Foods and adding a Customer Support Representative whose main responsibility will be new-customer onboarding. You would join a small organisation of about 48 people based in San Diego. What you will do • Document every interaction and follow up when you promise to. • Share recurring problems with the team so they can be fixed. • Resolve billing and account issues, including production batches, on the first contact when possible. • Escalate complex cases with all details attached. • Answer questions by phone, email and chat in a friendly and clear way. What we are looking for • Clear spoken and written communication. • Patience with people who are stressed or upset. • One or more years in customer service. Nice to have • Experience with production batches. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in San Diego. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
