Customer Support Representative - new-customer onboarding (San Diego, CA)

Amberfield Rowan Foods Group is a San Diego food manufacturer supplying grocers and food-service customers. We are hiring a Customer Support Representative to take on new-customer onboarding. We like people who take pride in what they make. What you will do • Answer questions by phone, email and chat in a friendly and clear way. • Share recurring problems with the team so they can be fixed. • Document every interaction and follow up when you promise to. • Resolve billing and account issues, including customer specifications, on the first contact when possible. • Escalate complex cases with all details attached. What we are looking for • One or more years in customer service. • Patience with people who are stressed or upset. • Clear spoken and written communication. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with customer specifications. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in San Diego. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
