Customer Support Representative - new-customer onboarding (San Antonio, TX)

Lumen Ridge Insurance is an insurance company in San Antonio with claims and service teams. We are hiring a Customer Support Representative to take on new-customer onboarding. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in San Antonio. What you will do • Resolve billing and account issues, including claims, on the first contact when possible. • Escalate complex cases with all details attached. • Document every interaction and follow up when you promise to. • Answer questions by phone, email and chat in a friendly and clear way. • Share recurring problems with the team so they can be fixed. What we are looking for • Clear spoken and written communication. • One or more years in customer service. • Patience with people who are stressed or upset. Nice to have • Experience with claims. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in San Antonio. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
