Customer Support Representative - new-customer onboarding (Salt Lake City, UT)

Cedar Wilder Medical is a Salt Lake City company producing monitoring and surgical equipment. We are hiring a Customer Support Representative to take on new-customer onboarding. Documentation is part of the craft. What you will do • Escalate complex cases with all details attached. • Answer questions by phone, email and chat in a friendly and clear way. • Resolve billing and account issues, including clinical evaluations, on the first contact when possible. • Document every interaction and follow up when you promise to. • Share recurring problems with the team so they can be fixed. What we are looking for • Clear spoken and written communication. • One or more years in customer service. • Patience with people who are stressed or upset. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with clinical evaluations. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Salt Lake City, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
