Customer Support Representative - new-customer onboarding (Salt Lake City, UT)

Stonegate Willow Markets is looking for a Customer Support Representative. The job centres on new-customer onboarding for shrink and waste, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 35 people based in Salt Lake City. What you will do • Resolve billing and account issues, including shrink and waste, on the first contact when possible. • Document every interaction and follow up when you promise to. • Escalate complex cases with all details attached. • Answer questions by phone, email and chat in a friendly and clear way. • Share recurring problems with the team so they can be fixed. What we are looking for • Clear spoken and written communication. • Patience with people who are stressed or upset. • One or more years in customer service. Nice to have • Experience with shrink and waste. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Salt Lake City, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
