Customer Support Representative - new-customer onboarding (Salt Lake City, UT)

We are growing our team at Silverline Vista Property Management and adding a Customer Support Representative whose main responsibility will be new-customer onboarding. You would join a small organisation of about 14 people based in Salt Lake City. What you will do • Document every interaction and follow up when you promise to. • Share recurring problems with the team so they can be fixed. • Resolve billing and account issues, including lease renewals, on the first contact when possible. • Escalate complex cases with all details attached. • Answer questions by phone, email and chat in a friendly and clear way. What we are looking for • One or more years in customer service. • Patience with people who are stressed or upset. • Clear spoken and written communication. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with lease renewals. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Salt Lake City, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
