Customer Support Representative - new-customer onboarding (Salt Lake City, UT)

Clearpath Glen Telecom is a telecommunications provider in Salt Lake City focused on reliable home and business connections, and we need a Customer Support Representative to lead our new-customer onboarding. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Escalate complex cases with all details attached. • Share recurring problems with the team so they can be fixed. • Document every interaction and follow up when you promise to. • Answer questions by phone, email and chat in a friendly and clear way. • Resolve billing and account issues, including network equipment, on the first contact when possible. What we are looking for • One or more years in customer service. • Clear spoken and written communication. • Patience with people who are stressed or upset. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with network equipment. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Salt Lake City. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
