Customer Support Representative - new-customer onboarding (Salt Lake City, UT)

Clearpath Quill Energy Group delivers power and gas plans across the Salt Lake City region. We are hiring a Customer Support Representative to take on new-customer onboarding. You would join a small organisation of about 16 people based in Salt Lake City. What you will do • Answer questions by phone, email and chat in a friendly and clear way. • Share recurring problems with the team so they can be fixed. • Document every interaction and follow up when you promise to. • Resolve billing and account issues, including billing disputes, on the first contact when possible. • Escalate complex cases with all details attached. What we are looking for • Patience with people who are stressed or upset. • Clear spoken and written communication. • One or more years in customer service. Nice to have • Experience with billing disputes. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Salt Lake City. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
