Customer Support Representative - new-customer onboarding (Salt Lake City, UT)

Fernwood Orchard Arts Center is an arts centre in Salt Lake City with a full calendar of events. We are hiring a Customer Support Representative to take on new-customer onboarding. Evenings and weekends are part of the job. What you will do • Resolve billing and account issues, including ticketing, on the first contact when possible. • Answer questions by phone, email and chat in a friendly and clear way. • Document every interaction and follow up when you promise to. • Share recurring problems with the team so they can be fixed. • Escalate complex cases with all details attached. What we are looking for • Patience with people who are stressed or upset. • Clear spoken and written communication. • One or more years in customer service. Nice to have • Experience with ticketing. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Salt Lake City. • We reply to every applicant.
