Customer Support Representative - new-customer onboarding (Salt Lake City, UT)

Harborlight Amber Insurance Group is an insurance company in Salt Lake City with claims and service teams, and we need a Customer Support Representative to lead our new-customer onboarding. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Share recurring problems with the team so they can be fixed. • Escalate complex cases with all details attached. • Document every interaction and follow up when you promise to. • Resolve billing and account issues, including claims, on the first contact when possible. • Answer questions by phone, email and chat in a friendly and clear way. What we are looking for • Patience with people who are stressed or upset. • Clear spoken and written communication. • One or more years in customer service. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with claims. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Salt Lake City. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
