Customer Support Representative - new-customer onboarding (Salt Lake City, UT)

Westbrook Summit Property Management Group is a Salt Lake City property manager with leasing, maintenance and resident services. We are hiring a Customer Support Representative to take on new-customer onboarding. You would join a small organisation of about 179 people based in Salt Lake City. What you will do • Escalate complex cases with all details attached. • Resolve billing and account issues, including unit turnovers, on the first contact when possible. • Answer questions by phone, email and chat in a friendly and clear way. • Document every interaction and follow up when you promise to. • Share recurring problems with the team so they can be fixed. What we are looking for • One or more years in customer service. • Patience with people who are stressed or upset. • Clear spoken and written communication. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with unit turnovers. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Salt Lake City. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
