Customer Support Representative - new-customer onboarding (Sacramento, CA)

Greenridge Lantern Medical Group is looking for a Customer Support Representative. The job centres on new-customer onboarding for device records, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Sacramento. What you will do • Document every interaction and follow up when you promise to. • Escalate complex cases with all details attached. • Answer questions by phone, email and chat in a friendly and clear way. • Share recurring problems with the team so they can be fixed. • Resolve billing and account issues, including device records, on the first contact when possible. What we are looking for • One or more years in customer service. • Patience with people who are stressed or upset. • Clear spoken and written communication. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with device records. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Sacramento. • We reply to every applicant.
