Customer Support Representative - new-customer onboarding (Sacramento, CA)

Northwind Orchard Freight is a Sacramento logistics company with trucks, warehouses and dispatch. We are hiring a Customer Support Representative to take on new-customer onboarding. On-time is the promise and we work hard to keep it. What you will do • Escalate complex cases with all details attached. • Document every interaction and follow up when you promise to. • Share recurring problems with the team so they can be fixed. • Answer questions by phone, email and chat in a friendly and clear way. • Resolve billing and account issues, including carrier rates, on the first contact when possible. What we are looking for • One or more years in customer service. • Clear spoken and written communication. • Patience with people who are stressed or upset. Nice to have • Experience with carrier rates. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Sacramento. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
