Customer Support Representative - new-customer onboarding (Rochester, NY)

Ironwood Foods is a Rochester practice with attorneys, paralegals and client-service staff. We are hiring a Customer Support Representative to take on new-customer onboarding. You would join a large organisation of about 386 people based in Rochester. What you will do • Escalate complex cases with all details attached. • Answer questions by phone, email and chat in a friendly and clear way. • Document every interaction and follow up when you promise to. • Resolve billing and account issues, including court deadlines, on the first contact when possible. • Share recurring problems with the team so they can be fixed. What we are looking for • Clear spoken and written communication. • Patience with people who are stressed or upset. • One or more years in customer service. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with court deadlines. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Rochester, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
