Customer Support Representative - new-customer onboarding (Richmond, VA)

Nova Juniper Foods Partners produces packaged foods at its Richmond plant. We are hiring a Customer Support Representative to take on new-customer onboarding. You would join a large organisation of about 271 people based in Richmond. What you will do • Escalate complex cases with all details attached. • Resolve billing and account issues, including ingredient orders, on the first contact when possible. • Document every interaction and follow up when you promise to. • Share recurring problems with the team so they can be fixed. • Answer questions by phone, email and chat in a friendly and clear way. What we are looking for • One or more years in customer service. • Patience with people who are stressed or upset. • Clear spoken and written communication. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with ingredient orders. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Richmond. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
