Customer Support Representative - new-customer onboarding (Reno, NV)

Stonegate Cobalt Markets is a Reno retailer with stores, a distribution centre and online ordering. We are hiring a Customer Support Representative to take on new-customer onboarding. You would join a small organisation of about 21 people based in Reno. What you will do • Share recurring problems with the team so they can be fixed. • Document every interaction and follow up when you promise to. • Resolve billing and account issues, including pricing, on the first contact when possible. • Escalate complex cases with all details attached. • Answer questions by phone, email and chat in a friendly and clear way. What we are looking for • One or more years in customer service. • Clear spoken and written communication. • Patience with people who are stressed or upset. Nice to have • Experience with pricing. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Reno. • We reply to every applicant.
