Customer Support Representative - new-customer onboarding (Reno, NV)

Highbridge River Markets is looking for a Customer Support Representative. The job centres on new-customer onboarding for store inventory, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 61 people based in Reno. What you will do • Answer questions by phone, email and chat in a friendly and clear way. • Document every interaction and follow up when you promise to. • Escalate complex cases with all details attached. • Resolve billing and account issues, including store inventory, on the first contact when possible. • Share recurring problems with the team so they can be fixed. What we are looking for • One or more years in customer service. • Clear spoken and written communication. • Patience with people who are stressed or upset. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with store inventory. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Reno, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
