Customer Support Representative - new-customer onboarding (remote)

Ironwood Meadow Auto Group serves drivers and dealerships across the Hartford region. We are hiring a Customer Support Representative to take on new-customer onboarding. Customers come back because we explain what they need and what they do not. What you will do • Resolve billing and account issues, including warranty claims, on the first contact when possible. • Document every interaction and follow up when you promise to. • Escalate complex cases with all details attached. • Share recurring problems with the team so they can be fixed. • Answer questions by phone, email and chat in a friendly and clear way. What we are looking for • One or more years in customer service. • Clear spoken and written communication. • Patience with people who are stressed or upset. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with warranty claims. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Hartford. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
