Customer Support Representative - new-customer onboarding (remote)

Bluepeak Willow Press prints books, catalogues and packaging from its Salt Lake City plant, and we need a Customer Support Representative to lead our new-customer onboarding. You would join a small organisation of about 177 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Resolve billing and account issues, including bindery work, on the first contact when possible. • Answer questions by phone, email and chat in a friendly and clear way. • Document every interaction and follow up when you promise to. • Share recurring problems with the team so they can be fixed. • Escalate complex cases with all details attached. What we are looking for • Patience with people who are stressed or upset. • Clear spoken and written communication. • One or more years in customer service. Nice to have • Experience with bindery work. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Salt Lake City. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
