Customer Support Representative - new-customer onboarding (remote)

Lumen Glen Facilities is a facilities company in Colorado Springs with crews on day and night shifts. We are hiring a Customer Support Representative to take on new-customer onboarding. Clear communication between supervisors and crews matters. What you will do • Escalate complex cases with all details attached. • Share recurring problems with the team so they can be fixed. • Resolve billing and account issues, including supply orders, on the first contact when possible. • Document every interaction and follow up when you promise to. • Answer questions by phone, email and chat in a friendly and clear way. What we are looking for • Clear spoken and written communication. • Patience with people who are stressed or upset. • One or more years in customer service. Nice to have • Experience with supply orders. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Colorado Springs. • We reply to every applicant.
