Customer Support Representative - new-customer onboarding (remote)

Harborlight Rowan Foods makes sauces, snacks and prepared meals in Phoenix, and we need a Customer Support Representative to lead our new-customer onboarding. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Share recurring problems with the team so they can be fixed. • Resolve billing and account issues, including sanitation schedules, on the first contact when possible. • Escalate complex cases with all details attached. • Answer questions by phone, email and chat in a friendly and clear way. • Document every interaction and follow up when you promise to. What we are looking for • Clear spoken and written communication. • Patience with people who are stressed or upset. • One or more years in customer service. Nice to have • Experience with sanitation schedules. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Phoenix. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
