Customer Support Representative - new-customer onboarding (remote)

Harborlight Meadow Manufacturing makes precision components in Miami, and we need a Customer Support Representative to lead our new-customer onboarding. Many of our supervisors started on the floor. What you will do • Document every interaction and follow up when you promise to. • Share recurring problems with the team so they can be fixed. • Escalate complex cases with all details attached. • Resolve billing and account issues, including scrap and rework, on the first contact when possible. • Answer questions by phone, email and chat in a friendly and clear way. What we are looking for • Patience with people who are stressed or upset. • One or more years in customer service. • Clear spoken and written communication. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with scrap and rework. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Miami. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
