Customer Support Representative - new-customer onboarding (remote)

Westbrook Meridian Inspection Services provides independent inspection and testing for industry across Jackson, and we need a Customer Support Representative to lead our new-customer onboarding. Independence and accuracy are our product. What you will do • Document every interaction and follow up when you promise to. • Escalate complex cases with all details attached. • Answer questions by phone, email and chat in a friendly and clear way. • Resolve billing and account issues, including certifications, on the first contact when possible. • Share recurring problems with the team so they can be fixed. What we are looking for • One or more years in customer service. • Clear spoken and written communication. • Patience with people who are stressed or upset. Nice to have • Experience with certifications. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Jackson. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
