Customer Support Representative - new-customer onboarding (remote)

Northwind Linden Legal Group is looking for a Customer Support Representative. The job centres on new-customer onboarding for client files, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 160 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Document every interaction and follow up when you promise to. • Resolve billing and account issues, including client files, on the first contact when possible. • Share recurring problems with the team so they can be fixed. • Escalate complex cases with all details attached. • Answer questions by phone, email and chat in a friendly and clear way. What we are looking for • Patience with people who are stressed or upset. • Clear spoken and written communication. • One or more years in customer service. Nice to have • Experience with client files. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Minneapolis. • We reply to every applicant.
