Customer Support Representative - new-customer onboarding (remote)

We are growing our team at Rivermark Vista Property Management and adding a Customer Support Representative whose main responsibility will be new-customer onboarding. Maintenance and leasing staff share information every day. What you will do • Resolve billing and account issues, including lease renewals, on the first contact when possible. • Escalate complex cases with all details attached. • Answer questions by phone, email and chat in a friendly and clear way. • Document every interaction and follow up when you promise to. • Share recurring problems with the team so they can be fixed. What we are looking for • One or more years in customer service. • Clear spoken and written communication. • Patience with people who are stressed or upset. Nice to have • Experience with lease renewals. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in San Antonio. • We reply to every applicant.
