Customer Support Representative - new-customer onboarding (remote)

We are growing our team at Nova River Press and adding a Customer Support Representative whose main responsibility will be new-customer onboarding. We like people who notice details. What you will do • Share recurring problems with the team so they can be fixed. • Resolve billing and account issues, including proofing, on the first contact when possible. • Document every interaction and follow up when you promise to. • Escalate complex cases with all details attached. • Answer questions by phone, email and chat in a friendly and clear way. What we are looking for • One or more years in customer service. • Patience with people who are stressed or upset. • Clear spoken and written communication. Nice to have • Experience with proofing. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Oakland. • We reply to every applicant.
