Customer Support Representative - new-customer onboarding (remote)

Foxglove Bridge Facilities is a facilities company in Baltimore with crews on day and night shifts, and we need a Customer Support Representative to lead our new-customer onboarding. Clear communication between supervisors and crews matters. What you will do • Resolve billing and account issues, including customer sites, on the first contact when possible. • Share recurring problems with the team so they can be fixed. • Escalate complex cases with all details attached. • Document every interaction and follow up when you promise to. • Answer questions by phone, email and chat in a friendly and clear way. What we are looking for • Patience with people who are stressed or upset. • One or more years in customer service. • Clear spoken and written communication. Nice to have • Experience with customer sites. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Baltimore. • We reply to every applicant.
