Customer Support Representative - new-customer onboarding (remote)

Summit Granite Press is a printer and publisher in St. Louis serving local and national clients. We are hiring a Customer Support Representative to take on new-customer onboarding. You would join a large organisation of about 987 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Resolve billing and account issues, including print quotes, on the first contact when possible. • Share recurring problems with the team so they can be fixed. • Document every interaction and follow up when you promise to. • Escalate complex cases with all details attached. • Answer questions by phone, email and chat in a friendly and clear way. What we are looking for • Patience with people who are stressed or upset. • One or more years in customer service. • Clear spoken and written communication. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with print quotes. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in St. Louis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
