Customer Support Representative - new-customer onboarding (remote)

Lumen Thistle Water Authority Group is looking for a Customer Support Representative. The job centres on new-customer onboarding for meter reading, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Our work is invisible when it goes well, and we are proud of that. What you will do • Escalate complex cases with all details attached. • Document every interaction and follow up when you promise to. • Answer questions by phone, email and chat in a friendly and clear way. • Share recurring problems with the team so they can be fixed. • Resolve billing and account issues, including meter reading, on the first contact when possible. What we are looking for • Patience with people who are stressed or upset. • Clear spoken and written communication. • One or more years in customer service. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with meter reading. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in El Paso. • We reply to every applicant.
