Customer Support Representative - new-customer onboarding (remote)

Harborlight Drift Inspection Services Group is an inspection company in Anchorage with field technicians and lab staff, and we need a Customer Support Representative to lead our new-customer onboarding. Training and certification are paid for. What you will do • Escalate complex cases with all details attached. • Document every interaction and follow up when you promise to. • Answer questions by phone, email and chat in a friendly and clear way. • Share recurring problems with the team so they can be fixed. • Resolve billing and account issues, including certifications, on the first contact when possible. What we are looking for • Patience with people who are stressed or upset. • Clear spoken and written communication. • One or more years in customer service. Nice to have • Experience with certifications. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Anchorage. • We reply to every applicant.
