Customer Support Representative - new-customer onboarding (remote)

Summit Drift Hospitality Group is looking for a Customer Support Representative. The job centres on new-customer onboarding for housekeeping schedules, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We work weekends and holidays and we make it fun. What you will do • Resolve billing and account issues, including housekeeping schedules, on the first contact when possible. • Answer questions by phone, email and chat in a friendly and clear way. • Escalate complex cases with all details attached. • Document every interaction and follow up when you promise to. • Share recurring problems with the team so they can be fixed. What we are looking for • Clear spoken and written communication. • One or more years in customer service. • Patience with people who are stressed or upset. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with housekeeping schedules. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in St. Louis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
