Customer Support Representative - new-customer onboarding (remote)

Amberfield Bright Markets is a Savannah retailer with stores, a distribution centre and online ordering. We are hiring a Customer Support Representative to take on new-customer onboarding. You would join a small organisation of about 195 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Answer questions by phone, email and chat in a friendly and clear way. • Resolve billing and account issues, including supplier deliveries, on the first contact when possible. • Escalate complex cases with all details attached. • Share recurring problems with the team so they can be fixed. • Document every interaction and follow up when you promise to. What we are looking for • One or more years in customer service. • Patience with people who are stressed or upset. • Clear spoken and written communication. Nice to have • Experience with supplier deliveries. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Savannah. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
