Customer Support Representative - new-customer onboarding (remote)

Rivermark Juniper Inspection Services is looking for a Customer Support Representative. The job centres on new-customer onboarding for equipment calibration, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 60 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Answer questions by phone, email and chat in a friendly and clear way. • Share recurring problems with the team so they can be fixed. • Resolve billing and account issues, including equipment calibration, on the first contact when possible. • Escalate complex cases with all details attached. • Document every interaction and follow up when you promise to. What we are looking for • Clear spoken and written communication. • One or more years in customer service. • Patience with people who are stressed or upset. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with equipment calibration. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Detroit. • We reply to every applicant.
