Customer Support Representative - new-customer onboarding (remote)

Foxglove Quarry Arts Center is an arts centre in Charleston with a full calendar of events. We are hiring a Customer Support Representative to take on new-customer onboarding. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Share recurring problems with the team so they can be fixed. • Answer questions by phone, email and chat in a friendly and clear way. • Resolve billing and account issues, including volunteer programmes, on the first contact when possible. • Document every interaction and follow up when you promise to. • Escalate complex cases with all details attached. What we are looking for • Clear spoken and written communication. • Patience with people who are stressed or upset. • One or more years in customer service. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with volunteer programmes. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Charleston. • We reply to every applicant.
