Customer Support Representative - new-customer onboarding (remote)

Rivermark Glen Banking Services provides everyday banking and small-business lending around Philadelphia. We are hiring a Customer Support Representative to take on new-customer onboarding. We keep decisions close to customers and expect people to explain things plainly. What you will do • Escalate complex cases with all details attached. • Answer questions by phone, email and chat in a friendly and clear way. • Resolve billing and account issues, including loan files, on the first contact when possible. • Share recurring problems with the team so they can be fixed. • Document every interaction and follow up when you promise to. What we are looking for • One or more years in customer service. • Patience with people who are stressed or upset. • Clear spoken and written communication. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with loan files. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Philadelphia. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
